You can temporarily pause your subscription for any reason.

You can request a break using this form.

Important conditions:

  • You may pause once every 12 calendar months.

  • It is not possible to pause during a current month. The pause can start at the earliest from the next calendar month.

  • There must be at least one week between the request for a pause and the last day of the calendar month.

  • A break lasts a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days.

  • It is not possible to take a break shorter than 30 days. Breaks longer than 90 days are only possible in consultation (e.g., in the case of medical conditions or pregnancy).

  • The break can start on any day of the calendar month following your request. For example, if you request a break in January, it can run from February 23 to April 23.

  • Any remaining amount from the current billing period will be deducted from the next invoice after your break.

  • It is possible that another direct debit will be made during your break. Do not reverse this amount; it will be settled after your break.

  • Pausing does not mean unsubscribing. After the pause period, the subscription and the associated direct debits will be reactivated.

In that case, a notice period of one calendar month from the moment of deregistration always applies.

Because we work with 4-week billing periods, the amount for the last month will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
