Can I switch between different memberships?

Yes in the app you can up- or downgrade your subscription monthly (when downgrading please take into account an adjustment period of 1 calendar month due to automatic payments). So you can switch from training 5 times a month to unlimited training and vice versa.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes you can but there are some rules involved. You can read all about it on this page: https://www.exist.nl/pauze-membership


How can I cancel my subscription?

You can submit your cancellation request via this link: https://www.exist.nl/cancel-membership. Please note that a one-month notice period applies.

Where can I find IJsselstein's schedule ?

With an unlimited subscription you can train 2 times a week at our friendly gym in IJsselstein. Send a message to Utrecht@exist.nl for further instructions to access the account in IJsselstein.

What languages are the training sessions in?

The training sessions are given in Dutch and English.

From what age do you teach children's classes?

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are open to children aged 6 and above. Kickboxing classes are open to children aged 7 and above. You can schedule a free trial lesson here: https://exist.sportbitapp.nl/web/nl/proeflesplanner/kalender

Where is the best place to buy boxing gloves or a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu suit (gi)?

In the Sportbit app, we have a webshop where you can order stuff. You can then pick up your order at the gym.

Where are you located?

You can find us at Ceylonlaan 24, Utrecht (on the Woonboulevard/IKEA). We are easily accessible by car (near the A2/A12) and by public transportation (bus and tram stops within walking distance).

Is there free parking?

Yes, after 11:00 a.m., you can park for free right outside.

  • Monday through Friday: Paid parking between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Free parking after that.

  • Weekend: Parking is free all day on Saturday and Sunday.

Can I pay with the U-pas?

Sure! Send us a clear photo of the front and back of your U-pas. As soon as we receive it, we’ll activate your subscription. The available balance on your card will be deducted in full upon activation.

Do you work with the Youth Sports Fund?

Yes. Submit your application to the Youth Sports Fund through an intermediary (such as a teacher or family doctor). Once they have officially approved it, we will be notified and will activate your subscription immediately.

Can I work out through Bedrijfsfitness Nederland?

Yes, we are affiliated with Bedrijfsfitness Nederland. This allows you to save on your membership fees. Sign up via the Bedrijfsfitness Nederland portal and select our location.

Where can I download the app?

You can manage everything related to your workouts in the Sportbit app. Here, you can sign up and cancel your subscription, browse the video library, and place orders in the online store.
